  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, clearly showing the extent of the damage.
  • We will review your case and provide instructions on the return process.
  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund or replacement process. You will be notified of the process.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

We regret to inform you that once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

1.3 Non-Delivery Refund

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order, a full refund of the order amount will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will notify you of any such instances and the refund process.

2. Refund Process

For eligible refunds, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days after the return is approved and the returned item is received and inspected.
